Serena’s signature is inscribed in gold thread on the heel tab, while the athlete’s championship dates are embroidered on the tongue. The sneaker rests on a matching white rubber cupsole with encapsulated Air-sole cushioning in the heel.

In total, Virgil Abloh designed 47 bespoke pairs of the Nike “Air Force 1” for the Louis Vuitton Spring-Summer 2022 show in collaboration with Nike.
